Public Liability is necessary to confirm your booking. 

​

You must bring your own gazebo, table and chairs.

No electric is supplied on site.

​

Set up from 8.30am, with all cars/vehicles cleared by 10am. (Parking will be available on site weather permitting)

​

No refunds will be made unless the event is cancelled by the chair of FOHS.
